Birkin House offers rooms of exceptional style, providing a combination of comfort and value for the discerning traveller and business executive. All rooms are en-suite and range in size from the single Georgian Room to the truly sumptuous Candy and Peach Rooms.

Our tariff is based on single occupancy per night (Monday through Thursday) with a 10% discount for three nights...and if you book for the week, you only pay for four nights. Elegant styling with value for money.

A continental breakfast is available from 7.30am until 9.30am - on the Monday to Thursday Tariff - with a good selection of breads, croissants, cereals, preserves, yogurts, juices and hot beverages...and eat as much as you like.

A full English breakfast is available from 8.00am until 9.30am - on the Friday to Sunday Tariff.

     Weekday Tariff is based on single occupancy per night. Second person supplement will be charged @ £20 per night.

      Weekend Tariff is as listed above.

AVAILABILITY: Monday 3.30pm - Thursday 10.00pm on Weekday Tariff

                       Friday 3.30pm - Sunday 10.00pm on Weekend Tariff

CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in from 3.30pm unless agreed in advance. All rooms must be vacated by 10.30am.

CANCELLATION: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged (except for deposit). If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

BOOKING: All rooms must be confirmed in writing via post or email. £20 per person per night, non-refundable deposit to be placed at time of booking.
